• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, protocols, and state regulations.
• Complete wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Implement and monitor resident care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate resident conditions.
• Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Coordinate with wound care providers.
• Oversee nursing staff wound treatments.
• Provide resident‑specific wound care and wound prevention education to CNAs and nurses.
• Administer medications and complete documentation.
• Oversee resident care and implement resident schedules.

• LPN or RN license in the state of MO
• Some wound care experience preferred.
• WCC or WOCN certification preferred but not required.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
