• Participates in professional development.
• Promotes patient‑ and family‑centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and their families on illness or injury management, including post‑treatment home care needs and medication administration.
• Develops and implements individual plans of care in collaboration with other members of the health‑care team, following established guidelines and standards of nursing care.
• Provides unit leadership for defined periods of time using critical‑thinking assessment and evaluation skills.
• Evaluates patients’ response and modifies plans of care accordingly throughout their stay.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing.
• Experience:
  
  2–5 years of nursing experience, no supervisory experience required.
• License &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Registered Nurse (RN).

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
