Reputable and established Home Care/Home Health, Healthcare Organization is seeking to hire a Director of Nursing, who has good leadership expertise and a passion for advocating for patients and employees.

The ideal candidate for this is a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), a Clinical Manager or a Lead Nurse (RN) who has managed teams of RNs or Caregivers, that wants to advance and grow their career!

This position is in the Home Care/Home Health Industry, and includes managing a team of RNs and Caregivers. So this company organization provides both skilled nursing services and non-skilled caregiving services (activities of daily living).

You will lead clinical operations, care delivery, and training/mentoring caregivers and nurses to work in the field (in-home patient care).

Qualifications
  • Missouri RN license
  • 2+ years of nursing expertise (home health and private duty preferred)
  • Strong supervisory, mentoring abilities, and crisis management skills
  • Great organizational, documentation, and compliance knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day clinical operations for patients needing In-Home Care
  • Monitor quality of care delivery and ensure compliance with Joint Commission
  • Supervise, train, and mentor nurses and caregivers
  • Coordinate care planning and communication with physicians, clients/patients, and families
  • Ensure clinical documentation and reporting is accurate and compliant
  • Client/Patient assessments, supervisory visits, and care plan development and reviews
  • Clinical problem solver, and supportive resource for field staff
  • You will ensure quality outcomes, Joint Commission compliance, and the growth of the care team.
