MedTech - Per-diem RN Clinical Educator - West Coast

Job Overview

IQVIA/Med Tech offers a unique opportunity for RN Clinical Educators to apply their nursing expertise outside patient care by teaching healthcare professionals about our infusion pump products.

As a per-diem Clinical Educator you’ll provide in‑service training to nurses, physicians and hospital staff. The role has no sales duties or bedside care responsibilities.

• Provide peer-to-peer education and in‑servicing to support medical device implementation.
• Teach basic use of multiple infusion products.
• Assess customer‑specific educational needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive experience.
• Use clinical expertise to answer questions and address concerns about the device.
• Provide updates, reports and feedback to clients during and after assignments.
• Serve as an education resource and provide corporate feedback to improve devices.

• RN license required; BSN preferred.
• At least 2 years of ICU, oncology, med/surg or critical‑care experience within the last 5 years.
• Leadership experience (e.g., manager, educator, preceptor) preferred.
• Comfortable with basic software programs and intermediate computer skills.
• Experience with pulse oximetry or infusion pump education preferred.
• Flexible schedule with availability for regional and national travel (minimum 2 weeks/month).
• Must comply with client and hospital vaccination requirements.

Hourly rate: $36.00 – $38.00, depending on qualifications and experience.
