Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Coordinates patient care, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and statistical data collection.

Responsibilities

Manage staff including hiring, training, work assignment, performance evaluation, and professional development. Ensure departmental goals are met.

Participate in staffing, revenue, and expense budget development and adherence, responding to operational changes.

Oversee patient care, ensuring interventions are age-appropriate and documented according to policy.

Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.

Review staff hours, manage payroll updates, and coordinate staff communication and meetings. Make staffing and overtime decisions, and conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.

Ensure departmental productivity and operational goals are achieved, conducting performance evaluations and recommending improvements.

This position is safety-sensitive; the ability to maintain alertness and work safely is essential.
