Integrated Medical Clinical Nurse; Part-Time

Job Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg – ongoing, staff. Shift structure: 2–12 hour shifts (days or nights), every 3rd weekend & every 3rd holiday. Modified self‑scheduling in 6‑week periods. Benefits start the first of the month following the start date. Orientation based on individual need.

• Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing care standards.
• Promote patient and family‑centered care and educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals; collaborate with inter‑professional team and patients/families; communicate plans across continuum of care.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs; assess patient preferences and barriers, values, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and population‑specific needs.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree – Nursing.
• RN license.
• No specific experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Less than 2 years experience.
