Regional Float Pool LPN – Licensed Practice Nurse.

The Licensed Practice Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice for adult/geriatric patients, floating between designated Community Mercy Hospital facilities.

• Status: Full Time
• Shift: Nights
• Location: East Region (multiple facilities)

• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000
• Base Pay:
  Determined by experience
• Shift Differentials: $2.75 evenings, $3.75 nights, $1.50 weekends

• Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Licensure: Current LPN license in the hiring state, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent bedside LPN experience in Med/Surg; 2 years for ED, ICU, etc.
• Epic experience (preferred)
• Certifications required at start:
  • Med Surg (MS) – BLS
  • Critical Care (CC) – BLS, ACLS
  • Emergency Department (ED) – BLS, ACLS, PALS/IV certification required
• Physical requirements:
  
  Stand/walk most of the time, significant bending/stooping, lift/turn patients with assistance, push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
