Barnes-Jewish Hospital - - Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse to support a team of patients;
Administer or assist with Activities of Daily Living and vital signs, intake & output, fall and pressure ulcer prevention, urinary catheter care, phlebotomy, or point of care testing;
Document all patient care activities with correct medical terminology and report changes to the nurse;
Assist nurse with patient and family education;
Act as 1:1 patient safety sitter as necessary
