Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Currently accepting experienced RNs. $7,500 Sign On Bonus for Experienced OR/CVOR RNs.
Join Mercy St. Louis Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). The CVOR is a Level 1 STEMI and Trauma Center, providing surgical care to adult patients. We have 6 Operating Rooms (including one hybrid OR and 1 peripheral vascular lab) with 2 specialty teams, Vascular Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery. We perform open, minimally invasive and robotic cardiothoracic surgeries and perform a wide variety of vascular surgeries and interventions.
Our training for nurses includes orientation to both the circulating and scrub roles at Mercy.
- Experience:
Must have at least one year of RN experience (we do not require OR experience) - Required
Education:
Nursing Degree from an accredited school - License: current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Certifications:
BLS required.
