RN Visit Nurse; Registered Nurse

Job Overview

We are seeking LPNs and RNs to work in our Private Duty Nursing/Pediatric Nursing program in St. Louis City and County, MO. Candidates may accompany a child with medical needs (typically a seizure disorder, feeding tube, trach, and/or vent) to school and provide care during evenings, weekends, and other times when school is not in session.

• Accompany children with medical needs to school and during after‑school activities.
• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with feeding tubes, trach, vent, or other equipment.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare providers to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Respond to emergencies and provide basic life‑support as required.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with valid Missouri license.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in private duty or pediatric nursing.
• Strong communication and empathy skills; ability to work collaboratively with families and schools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and non‑school days.
• Compliance with all state licensing and regulatory requirements.
