OverviewJoin Mercy St. Louis on our Telemetry Level 2 (Tele2) unit, a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment designed for nurses who enjoy critical thinking and dynamic patient care. Tele2 provides care at an acuity level between step‑down and general med‑tele, offering an excellent opportunity to build advanced clinical skills. Although smaller in size, this unit mirrors the patient complexity and clinical expectations of our MPCU/CPCU units, making it ideal for nurses seeking step‑down‑level experience in a more close‑knit setting.
