Overview
Creates and implements staff education and professional development activities and programs that optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates ongoing educational and professional development activities and programs for clinical and non-clinical areas.
- Collaborates with staff and representatives of other organizations to develop, present and evaluates clinically focused training, continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Participates in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborates with leadership to assess the educational needs of staff and develops appropriate education plan.
