Clinical Nurse Specialist; CNS - Emergency, Trauma, Surgery

Position Details

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 5–8 am or 4–10 pm (flexible)
• No weekends, holidays, or on‑call duty
• Provide advanced clinical expertise in a specialized area of nursing

• Act as the clinical expert, promoting evidence‑based practice with staff, patients, families, and physicians
• Provide direct care and consultation in the management of patient care
• Improve the quality of health care by offering educational services to patients, families, community members, and health‑care professionals
• Educate, develop, and support clinical practice
• Conduct scientific investigations and research

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program
• Less than 2 years of experience
• No supervisor experience required
• Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist and RN license

• Doctorate in Nursing
• 2–5 years of experience
• 2 or more years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience
