This role is a Clinical Staff Educator supporting outpatient surgical services, including OR, pre‑op/post‑op/PACU, and GI/endo.
Responsibilities include providing new hire orientation, ongoing skills education, and collaborating on staff development to improve patient outcomes. The position involves assessing educational needs, developing training programs, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Qualifications:
preferred strong communication skills, OR experience, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and 2-5 years of experience. A Master's degree and additional certifications are a plus.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, based at the hospital.
