This role is based in the Inpatient BMT Oncology Unit, offering 3/12-hour shifts, including night or rotating options, with every 3rd weekend rotation. Sign‑on bonus eligible. The unit specializes in high‑acuity care for leukemia, stem cell transplants, and clinical trials, supported by a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide patient‑centered care.
- Educate patients and families.
- Ensure safety and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement care plans.
- Assess psychosocial needs.
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree.
- RN licensure required.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience.
- Supervisory experience is not required.
