This RN role is on a 21-bed neuroscience progressive care unit specializing in stroke, brain injury, seizures, and post‑neurosurgical patients.
It offers a $15,000 sign‑on bonus, flexible scheduling, and shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with every 3rd weekend requirement.
Ideal candidates have a nursing diploma or degree, RN licensure, and preferably 2 years of experience. The unit provides specialized orientation, ongoing education, and collaborative support from multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Perform patient assessment and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide patient education and promote safety and quality care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team collaboration and documentation.
- Assist neurologists and operate advanced monitoring technology.
- RN licensure.
- Preferred 2 years of experience on a neuroscience, critical‑care, or progressive‑care unit.
