Program Overview
The Graduate Nurse Expedition Program is a rotational, one-year opportunity for newly graduated nurses starting June 15, 2026, at a downtown hospital location.
EligibilityEligible Spring 2026 nursing graduates will gain hands‑on experience across various medical‑surgical units during three four‑month rotations, paired 1:1 with preceptors.
Program DetailsThe program supports professional growth, confidence, and informed specialty choice, excluding Women and Infants, ICU, OR, and ED floors.
RequirementsApplicants must have completed an accredited nursing program, obtain RN licensure within 90 days, and demonstrate strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.
