Location: St. Louis
Position Overview
This RN position offers night shifts with 3-12 hour shifts, rotating every 3 weeks, including every 3rd weekend and holiday, with self-scheduling in 6-week periods. Benefits begin the month after start date, and orientation is tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Promote healing, educate patients/families, and develop care plans.
- Participate in safety, quality, and professional development activities.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
Candidates need a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree and RN license; a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience are preferred.
