• 1 scheduled weekend per month
• 1 scheduled shift per pay period
• 2 scheduled holidays per year

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care and supervises nursing staff to ensure high‑quality care and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role collaborates with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

• Provide direct nursing care in a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Develop and implement resident care plans
• Administer medications and accurately document care and condition changes
• Supervise and monitor assigned staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
  
  Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility safety guidelines
• Use nursing equipment and supplies according to established procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an approved LPN or RN program
• Current, valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice
• BLS/CPR certification (current)
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred (minimum 2 years preferred but not required)
• Ability to work scheduled PRN shifts, including required weekends and holidays
