Job Overview
This PRN role offers flexible, as‑needed hours within normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm), requiring 1-2 days weekly support to IL team needs. It involves coordinating with multiple hospital locations in IL and supporting hospice and home health services, with hospital experience a plus.
Responsibilities- Screen referrals for eligibility
- Verify insurance
- Obtain pre‑authorizations
- Track patient statuses
- Coordinate discharge planning
Applicants should have an RN license, 2-5 years of experience (preferably with some supervisory background), nursing or related degree. A Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience are preferred.
