TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Operating Room (OR) for a job in Saint Louis, Missouri.

• Assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients, providing pre‑ and post‑surgery care and education.
• Circulating OR Nurse tasks: monitor and observe patient during surgery, respond to complications, manage instruments, ensure correct procedure, and coordinate patient education plan.
• Scrub OR Nurse tasks: handle and prepare instruments within the sterile field, inventory surgical items before and after procedures.
• RN First Assistant tasks: provide direct surgical care, control bleeding, and suture patients.
• Other duties: provide basic bedside care, administer medication, communicate with families, ensure correct procedure, inventory management, comfort and safety of patient, and accurate specimen handling.

• BLS certification, 1 year experience.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience as circulating or scrub nurse, possibly RN first assistant.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean and stoop for long periods; routinely lift up to 20 pounds, up to 50 pounds at times.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
