We are seeking skilled and driven Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Amberwood Estates Health & Rehabilitation team, located at 5303 Berumda Drive, St. Louis, MO.

Our openings include full‑time and part‑time 12‑hour shifts only.

• Provide patient care to residents.
• Comply with state and federal regulations.
• Work collaboratively with members of the healthcare team.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• High integrity and well‑grounded work ethic.
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities.
• Team‑oriented and a practical team player.
• At least one year of experience providing care and services in long‑term care (preferred).
