Role Overview

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development. Develops and documents personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.

Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safe patient care.
