Role Overview

Develops and documents personalized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, and spiritual factors. Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safe patient care.

Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing;
