Esse Health is currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Office of Dr. Sri Kolli located at 416 Old Smizer Mill Rd in Fenton.

• Full‑time opening
• Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• Outpatient focused clinical practice

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (Next Gen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant‑Master’s Degree
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
• Certified Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Practitioner (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient‑centered, team‑based care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with physicians
