Clinical Nurse - PRN​/Nights

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on managing illness, post-treatment care, and medications.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum.
• Maintains safety awareness as this is a safety-sensitive role.

• Required:
  
  Nursing diploma or associate degree, RN license, no prior experience needed.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in nursing and less than 2 years of experience.

This PRN night position requires working 24 hours within a 6-week period, including one holiday.
