Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a progressive care unit, focusing on post-operative cardiovascular and thoracic surgical patients.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to standards.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs, respecting patient values and barriers.
• Participate in professional development and maintain a safe work environment.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensure:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
