They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards. The position involves working across multiple facilities within a regional footprint, supporting diverse units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintaining current licensure and certifications (BLS, ACLS as applicable)
- Adapting to various patient care settings and conditions
- Ensuring physical demands such as patient mobility assistance are met
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
- Minimum one year (Med/Surg) or two years (others) recent bedside RN experience;
Epic experience preferred - Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds
