Role Overview

Seeking a Critical Care RN for a Multidisciplinary ICU in a top-ranked hospital.

• Providing direct patient care across diverse populations such as Cardiac, Emergency, Medicine, Surgical, and Neuro.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and educating patients on managing their condition and post-treatment care.
• Promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and participating in professional development.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate patient needs and ensure effective communication of care plans.

• RN licensure required.
• 1-2 years of critical care experience preferred; ADN/BSN/MSN candidates accepted.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
