PACU - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care within nursing standards, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures communication of care plans across the care continuum and participates in activities to enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific considerations.

• Nursing diploma or associate's degree
• RN licensure
• ACLS certification
• ICU or PACU experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree
