Role Overview

The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. This role promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management and post-treatment needs, and participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and compliance. The nurse develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and barriers.

Critical nursing skills are essential for evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. This position requires working safely and alertly at all times.

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required;
    Bachelor's preferred.
  • Licenses &

    Certifications:

    Valid RN license.
  • Experience:

    No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred.
