Orthopedic Spinal Surgery Nurse

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a 32-bed orthopedic/neurosurgery unit specializing in elective surgeries such as joint replacements and spinal procedures.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care following nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, education, and safety.
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans with the healthcare team and patients.
• Evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Participate in professional development and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license, no prior experience needed.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, less than 2 years of experience.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
