Qualifications & Skills- Completion of a nursing program and ability to obtain licensure within 90 days
- Educational requirements:
Nursing Diploma/Associate's;
Bachelor's preferred - No prior experience required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Assess and monitor post-operative and intermediate care patients
- Educate patients and families on care management and medication
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans
- Participate in safety initiatives and professional development activities
