Clinical Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, post‑treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families, ensuring effective communication across care transitions.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
• This is a safety‑sensitive role requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

RN license, with a minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience. Critical care experience is preferred.
