Registered Nurse Night Shift

Role

Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients across multiple facilities within a regional footprint.

Provide direct patient care, collaborate with diverse healthcare teams, and float across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU. Ensure compliance with nursing standards and maintain current licensure and certifications. Adapt to dynamic environments, perform physical tasks including lifting and patient mobilization, and contribute to patient outcomes through critical thinking and clinical assessment.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
• Minimum one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg; two years for specialized units.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS (required), ACLS (for critical care).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and assist patient movement.
