This role is for an experienced Registered Nurse working in a Regional Float Pool across multiple facilities, providing individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients. The nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care according to nursing standards. Responsibilities include floating to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU, and supporting diverse patient populations.
Qualifications include
- RN licensure in the state or compact
- At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for other specialties
- Current BLS (and ACLS if critical care)
Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and patient handling is required.
