SynapseTBI provides specialized diagnostic and treatment services for patients with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI), and Post-Concussion Syndrome. We offer neurological consultations, diagnostic evaluations, individualized treatment planning, neuro-rehabilitation coordination, and multidisciplinary care to support patients throughout their recovery journey.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our in-clinic healthcare team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating closely with the physician and medical staff to ensure an efficient and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits
• Review patient history, symptoms, and treatment progress
• Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans under physician supervision as applicable
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff regarding patient care and coordination
• Monitor patient progress and communicate recommendations as needed
• Assist with in-clinic procedures, therapies, and treatments as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
• Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
• Support daily clinic workflow and operational efficiency

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri**
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in neurology, rehabilitation, pain management, or TBI-related care preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
