Key Responsibilities Include- Providing direct patient care across various departments such as Med-Surg, Neuroscience, Oncology, Orthopedics, and Trauma Surgical.
- Enhancing critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills through hands‑on experience and mentorship from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders.
- Participating in classroom learning and bedside training to build confidence and competence.
- Licensed or eligible for RN licensure in the state; BSN preferred.
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association.
- Strong clinical and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
