Beauvais Rehab and Healthcare is seeking a Wound Nurse to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse / LPN (WCC, WOCN). You will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and state regulations in Missouri.
Responsibilities include completing wound treatments for residents in a skilled nursing facility, implementing and monitoring care plans, and coordinating with wound care providers while educating CNAs and nurses on wound care and prevention.
