Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Stepdown, providing patient care using the nursing process, ensuring accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize nursing skills to deliver quality patient care
- Assess and evaluate care provided by team members
- Coordinate care across departments
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license
- Preferred hospital experience; BLS certification required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
- Additional certifications or specialty experience preferred
