Responsibilities: Provide nursing care in various units including Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, and more. Collaborate with diverse care teams, enhance clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, and adapt to dynamic healthcare environments.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred), current RN licensure, and recent bedside experience (1 year for Med/Surg, 2 years for specialty units). Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP required based on unit.
Skills & Duties: Stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks. Emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and maintaining licensure and certifications.
