Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Stepdown, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
Key Duties:Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications:Requires a graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN), valid RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure, and BLS certification. Prior hospital experience and additional certifications are preferred.
Skills &Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
