W&I Float RN (Night Shift)
- Float between Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU based on unit needs while providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- $15/hour float differential + shift differentials
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for mothers and newborns across the continuum of Women & Infants services.
- Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and newborn care.
- Demonstrate flexibility, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred;
Postpartum and NICU experience a plus.

The Patient Care Resource Team (Float Pool) is a team of highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurses and Patient Care Technicians who are flexible and versatile while supporting various areas within the hospital.
