• Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Complete admitting and shift assessments, including behaviors, within the specified timeframe
• Use critical thinking to analyze assessment data and notify physicians of changes in patient condition
• Participate in developing, reviewing, and evaluating multidisciplinary treatment plans in line with policies and procedures
• Document all nursing care in compliance with nursing standards and regulations
• Accurately implement and record physician orders
• Assess and monitor patients and the unit environment for safety
• Serve as a clinical resource and supervise care delivered by LPNs and techs
• Educate patients and families, documenting education in the Electronic Health Record
• Apply evidence‑based practice and scientific knowledge to nursing care, tailored to patients' age‑specific and clinical needs
• Demonstrate professional nursing standards in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses

• No experience required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (IDFPR), Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, or Compact State
• BLS Health Care Provider certification from the American Heart Association
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school or hold an equivalent education for licensing
• Willingness to work the night shift schedule
