Role Overview:
Provides leadership and coordination of nursing staff in a clinical setting to ensure quality patient care and achievement of clinical objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors staff during shifts;
- assesses patient care needs;
- develops and manages patient care assignments;
- collaborates with advanced practice providers to ensure positive outcomes;
- evaluates patient care effectiveness;
- addresses patient care complaints;
- participates in hiring, training, and staff evaluations;
- performs other duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program;
- minimum of one year RN experience;
- current RN license and BLS certification for the applicable state;
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, lifting, and communication.
- Night shift;
- 24 hours weekly;
