Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during hospital stays, assessing, managing, and coordinating treatment plans through a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities:Conducts assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, and collaborates with healthcare team members. Ensures accurate documentation, patient education, discharge planning, and supports infection control and safety protocols. Provides specialized care for high-risk patients, manages restraints and pain, and recognizes signs of abuse or clinical changes. Maintains professionalism, adheres to quality standards, and fosters effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications & Skills:Valid RN license in applicable states, BLS certification, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to professional growth.
Key Duties:Deliver respectful, high-quality patient care; ensure safety and infection control; participate in performance improvement; provide age-appropriate services; and uphold service excellence principles.
