Registered Nurse - Full Time - Night Shift

Role Overview:

Provides patient care utilizing the Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and patient rights are maintained. Coordinates care across departments within the scope of nursing practice, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Performs duties consistent with hospital standards and organizational values, including maintaining confidentiality, fostering collaboration, and delivering high-quality care across various units. Works in a dynamic float pool environment, gaining broad clinical experience in units like Med/Surg, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, Oncology, and more.

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months recent).
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Educational background in nursing from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Certifications:
  
  BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association).

Collaborates with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, maintains patient confidentiality, and functions within professional and ethical standards. Embraces growth and learning in a fast-paced environment while contributing to organizational goals.
