What You'll Do

• Assist in adult cardiothoracic surgeries, including CABG, valve repairs, and aortic procedures
• Support surgical team during complex procedures such as dissections, redo sternotomies, and mechanical circulatory support
• Perform endoscopic vein harvesting and chest tube placement
• Assist with intraoperative patient management
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures
• Document care using Epic EMR system

What You Need

• Valid Missouri RN license
• BLS certification; RNFA preferred
• Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac OR first assist experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures and equipment
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a rotating call schedule
