Nurse LPN​/RN

Role: Provides assistance to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care Programs through assessments, care planning, medication and treatment management, and documentation of nursing services.

Responsibilities: Implement and evaluate resident care plans, enable residents to lead a quality life with dignity, and support their well-being with patience and friendliness. Collaborate effectively with staff to enhance resident experiences.

Qualifications & Skills: Ability to perform assessments, manage medications, document nursing services accurately, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills are essential.
