Neuro Surgical - Licensed Vocational Nurse ​/ Licensed Practical Nurse- $1410 per week

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials:

- Must have Missouri IV Cert listed on Nursys or a certificate of endorsement in hand to apply.

- To obtain a certificate of endorsement, go to Cass Career Center, a Missouri-approved school. Cass will review the current IV cert to ensure the education meets Missouri standards and can issue a new Missouri IV Cert within a few days.

Unit Details:

- Neuro surgical unit caring for patients with stroke, seizures, MS, back, head, and spinal neurological diagnoses, and neurosurgery procedures.

Shift & Scheduling:

- On-call as required.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver's license required

Certifications:

• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)

• IV Therapy Certification (Intravenous Therapy Certification)
