Bethesda Health Group is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide basic nursing care for geriatric residents in our Missouri facility. You will assess residents on admission and continuously, communicate changes to the IDT, document findings, and participate in care planning to update plans as needed.
Responsibilities include safe med administration and treatments, IV if certified, SBARR-based physician communications, and ensuring care plan delivery.
